For instance no court is eligible to grant a divorce to any of the spouses who has not proved to be conscientious and honest resident of the mentioned state for at least six months before applying for divorce, also provided that the person who has been a bona fide resident of any U. S. army on the territory of this state for one year before applying for divorce; also provided that a nonresident of the mentioned state is eligible to file a petition for divorce against any of the person bona fide resident of the state provided that the latter has been a resident of the state for a period of six months preceding the filing of the petition.
